Recovery rebate tax credit

So called and final got ahold of someone at the IRS office called right when opened. 
the agent who helped me notice it is recovery  rebate credit on line 30 - causing the issue and error said it will be corrected a letter sent why refund is lower or letter needing more information. Either 3-4 days or 10 weeks

Yes, you are correct, the IRS will correct calculation errors only when the Recovery Rebate Credit has been already included in the return.
