My employer sent Form W-2c after I have filed my return. The correction was for Line 13 because the previous W-2 my employer sent did not have the checkbox 'Retirement Plan' checked. For some reason, I actually had that checkbox checked when I filed my return. Thus, from the common sense perspective, there is really no need to amend my return. Should I still file for an amended income tax return?
