Received less than approved by irs

I was supposed to get back $7114 I got back tpg $4885. What’s going on with that picture? I need an answer because that’s thousands of dollars missing. Please write back to me as soon as 24-48 hours I am sick of dealing with robots. I’ve been using turbo tax for some time and I know the irs does not give anybody any help but that’s why I trusted TURBO TAX. Thank you.

Have you checked the IRS' Where's My Refund website?  It may have information about a correction or an offset.  For more details on why your refund could be less than expected, please see this Help Article.

Hello thanks for responding, yes I did and it seems that everything was accepted and approved so my question is still why has turbo tax given me less than what was approved? Can someone please look/dig deeper into my case?

On this public forum, we do not have detailed information about refund processing and we are unable to look into your personal information here.  The first step would be to double-check with the IRS to see if there was a correction or an offset after the fact.  Please see the IRS article here which includes their Offset Line to obtain more details.

Thank you for responding. I definitely did double check and it deducted SOME which caused offset but I need someone to do something because they didn’t take $2k. Can someone please contact me or have somebody take a look at my case. Not HERE, just contact me, or email me. My profile here is connected to everything else on TurboTax.
