How long does my status stay in recieved? Instead of approved? Also when will it change if I filed the 12th

Received is the same as Accepted.  Approved is a later step.

I got accepted on Feb 1st with no credits claimed and I'm still on the accepted bar of WMR. This is just a slow year.
