Receipt that shows what I paid and includes the $40 processing fee?
In total, $405.42 was paid for all of the TurboTax services, which includes the $40 processing fee for using our federal return to pay for everything. My problem is that every time I click to view my order, it only shows $365.42. It will not show the $40 processing fee.
The $405.42 was deducted from our federal return over 2 weeks ago. Turbo Tax also shows the $405.42 on one of the screens, but will not show it in the receipt with that as the total.
I have spoken to 3 different Turbo Tax professionals on the phone and 1 in chat. They could also see the $405.42 on their end, but when they sent me a receipt, it was still only the $365.42 amount. One of the agents I spoke with said that the $40 fee is from Santa Barbara, which is why TurboTax will not show it. But TurboTax has the $405.42 amount listed under payments. When I click the 3 dots next to it and "view order" the $365.42 is there, and the $40 processing fee is left off.
