What can be the reasons return will be delayed more than 21 days?

There was a question if me and my husband received stimulus check ,i did received it but my husband didnt so i answered no . im not sure if that was okay .

If you do not report your third stimulus payment(s) or if you report a wrong amount, the IRS will find the error when they compare with their records. The IRS will correct your error and your refund will be delayed.

Is there a way i can review my answers in turbo tax after i efiled already and got accepted?

If you log into Turbo Tax and select "add a state", it will allow you to go back and see your answers. It will take you back to the input screen.
