It’s stupid. What’s the date for the EITC filers this year?

February 15th. But I did see something on IRS site saying that if anybody claims the eitc or the ACTC credit, and they filed early then they won't see their refund until February 22nd

I got diagnosed with having a brain tumor, it’s non cancerous but the medical bills are begging for my tax refund this year
