I looked at my tax return and the routing number and account number are the same as on the Turbo card account which can accept direct deposit. So it shouldn't be a problem I would think.

Speaking with an agent now with turbo tax.. she said if you filed and had taxes taken out and received it on a turbo card, you’ll get a check.... I’m going to call back to see if I get ahold of a different representative
Why would we have to re-enter information the IRS already has my TurboTax card direct deposit info is same as on my return
theres no real answer they are typing the same answer over and over when a simple yes or no will do!! if it doesnt i will never use turbo tax again and i hope other people will do the same, they need to be help accountable for this, to many people depend on this. and if it doesnt go on that card then they should have made it possibe for us to change our info!

my issue is that they knew this for over a month now yet none of us were notified that it would be an issue or even offered us other options i mean this isnt something that just happen they could have been prepared. point it all they want is money they dont care about their customers!
Just spoke to another “Specialist” and she told me it WILL go on the card😂 Can y’all please have a mass meeting to get all of your employees on the same page please? Who’s the president of TurboTax lol Jesus... get your info in order, because none of y’all even have a clue. One “Specialist” said I have to go to a portal that’s not even up until next week... THEN this other “Specialist” said you’ll get it on that same card you received your return on... This is a joke and I called twice within 2 minutes back to back just to test and see if your company actually has true info. The company doesn’t even know for sure or not... come on
