Will my stimulus check be deposited into my prepaid turbo tax card account ??from 2019 tax returns

We are still waiting for IRS guidance regarding updating or providing direct deposit information for the stimulus payments and how they will be distributed to these type of accounts.

We will have more information once the government finalizes the details.

From what I gathered when I checked the IRS stimulus check tracking tool the answer is no. It’s best you go to their website and provide your banking info so you can get your direct deposit stimulus check otherwise I think they’ll be mailing out paper checks to those of us that got out refund via the Turbo Card.

The answer is no. Stop with the automated responses. They just frustrated people and make them angry. Especially those that really need this money to come through for them. If you don’t have any real answers to their problems just don’t respond at all or just say we don’t know and apologize.

TurboTax will be sending an email to taxpayers that will be receiving their stimulus payment from the IRS on their Turbo Visa Debit Card issued by Green Dot on Wednesday April 15, 2020.

• I have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, there is nothing more you need to do. You will be able to immediately use the stimulus funds upon deposit on 4/15. You can sign in to your account to check your balance here: https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/login 

• I no longer have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, don’t worry. If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, you can request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account (https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/account/report-lost-or-stolen). If you don’t know your account login information, call 888-285-4169 for assistance. You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.  Due to heavy traffic you may experience some delays on the web site or phone line.
