Yes, please use Where's my refund? to track your tax refund. TurboTax doesn't get any updates on your refund after it is accepted by the IRS.

I filed 1/29, and the IRS status is still "We apologize, but your return processing has been delayed beyond the normal timeframe. "

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund.
