what section is the section to enter my bank information to receive my refund direct deposit

At the very end of your TurboTax interview (under the FILE portion), you'll be asked how you'd like to receive your tax refund. Once you choose "direct deposit", you'll be asked to enter your banking info (routing number and account number).
