Using Occam's Razor....do you think it's more likely that you made a mistake, or that you found a programming error in TurboTax's software that has been used millions of times? Considering your grammar and use of run-on sentences, I assume the former....

It's funny how everyone "forgets" that they received a stimulus payment....did you think the IRS wouldn't know?? lol

hmmm. I don’t know what that other jack off is talking about, but your transcripts should say something…it should read all of your payments that were sent out during 2021, and it should display some codes on the bottom of the list. These different codes should kind of tell you what’s happening during this process. I guess I should’ve referred to my transcript when I honestly didn’t remember getting my second payment..would’ve made this all easier. So, far, my transcript reads that action was pending and a notice was sent out, then the revision was made, and has since updated to another notice sent code which tells me that my “liability” was adjusted to $0 and I have been placed in the que for refund disbursement. Yours should be similar to this if that was your only error and it did not result in owing any money.

Hello everyone I have got an update on Saturday yayyy I was on delay because I never got the stimulus and also I opted of the advance payments last year so they ajusted my return and gave me more then I was expecting yay for me I'm blessed be on blessed tomorrow is my deposit date thanks for everyone that gave me positive vibes now I wish nothing but the best for everyone and all the advice I can give is to keep calling everyday until you get an update have a blessed night

I received a letter saying they are going to review my return. Which I don't understand why. It said review not a audit

I received a letter from IRS stating they were holding my return to review it. To allow up to 60 days for them to finish their review.

I got a letter yesterday from the irs yesterday saying that mine was being hold while they review and it could take up to 60 days. Well today I checked my transcript and it gave me a refund date for next week!
