It’s saying that I need to print out a voucher but I e filed and the irs is supposed to take it out of my account automatically. Do I still have to send in the voucher with my tax payment or will it be done automatically?

No, if you elected to pay your tax payment by direct debit, you do not need to mail in the voucher and payment.
