Turbo tax took my money but did not fie the tax forms

TurboTax did not file my tax paperwork after I paid them and there is no phone number to call. Please beware

Hello! I just want to clarify that TurboTax prepares your taxes for you, but then you have to select to either e-file them or print and file your taxes by mail. If you select to e-file your taxes, we handle that, but it's up to each customer to ensure the e-file process is completed by following all the steps through the program.
