If your home of record/ state of legal residence is Utah then your military pay is taxable.
From Publication 57: "Utah treats military pay the same as the IRS. All income included in federal adjusted gross income is automatically included in Utah income. Income that is exempt from federal taxation is also exempt for Utah purposes."
If your home of record/ state of legal residence is different from Utah then you do not pay Utah taxes on your military pay while stationed there. Please ensure that you entered your state of legal residence under the "My Info" section.
