are you a statutory employee - the box is checked on the actual w-2? if so, schedule C is needed. if not that box should not be checked on the Turbotax w-2. if you imported that may have caused the issue. delete and enter manually.
This didn't work. E-file status still shows "pending" status by Turbo Tax for over 7 days now, why? Do I need to start a new return and refile? Nothing saved with TurboTax if this is the answer. Previously the above IRS error was going to be "updated" by midnight on February 6th, now when is this going to be corrected?
If your return is pending you will need to wait for it to move forward, as you cannot file a second return.
