Y’all accepted both my taxes but when I get on irs wedsite it won’t show me where my refunds are is there a problem with what I did to file my taxes

Does "both" your taxes mean Federal and State?  The IRS website is only for Federal. You must check your state's tax website for state.  When checking the IRS WMR website, enter only the amount for the Federal refund.  Do not include anything for state, nor adjust Federal for any TT fees that are coming out of it.  But be aware that the IRS WMR site has been colicky lately, so may not be working properly.
