I filed on February 12th and my state and federal were both accepted and exactly a week later I received my state back ( through direct deposit)but have not yet received my federal, I’m becoming very frustrated with this because Ive waited the 21 days and now has passed 21 days about to be a month and have not yet gotten anything, and I call every number possible to help me but it’s always a dead end please someone answer

The 21 days is only an IRS target, it is not a guarantee.

Only the IRS and your State control when and if a Federal or State tax refund is Approved and Issued.

Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund. 

If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds

After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.

Nothing you can do other than be patient and check the IRS tax refund website at least once a day.  If there is an issue with your tax return or they need to verify your identity the IRS will send you a letter in the mail.

And I have done that website I even downloaded the app but it’s telling me that it’s been delayed or something like that but it just doesn’t make sense

So what does it mean if I’ve already received my star refund back , how long after til I receive the federal refund
