Tax Refund still showing processing since Feb 10

I filed Feb 10 and was accepted, it's been on still processing ever since. I called back in March and they said due to my name change it could take up to 16 weeks. Some of my documents (1099-Cs) had my old name. 16 weeks is June 1st. It's May 18th and it's still processing with no updates no letters, nothing. Are they really not taking calls anymore? I feel like I'll never get my refund at this point... I changed my name on my SSN, if they needed proof the old name was me i could send them my court papers but no correspondence at all. Do I just wait indefinitely? Will I ever get my refund?

Mine was placed electronically Feb 10 not by paper. It hasn't budged since then. I called in March and they said it was due to my name change. If they asked me for the court order I could send it electronically but no one has contacted me. Is there any sort of number I could still call? It's almost been 16 weeks!

Once again, thats the same exact response from before. My return was online not paper and it's still saying still processing and nothing else. Theres zero information. Who the heck can I call??
