Tax per return

I am looking over my transcript, and I see tax per return and code 150 both have amounts by them. When I look through my tax return it says if line 33 is less than 24 which it is, I get a refund. But look at my transcript that tax per return amount is on line 24. It's confusing to me. I hope someone can help me clarify this. To me it seems on my transcript I'll be paying that amount in, but on my return, I won't.

Tax per return

Line 24 is the tax due (Return Filed & Tax Liability Assessed-Code 150), Tax per return.  Line 33 is your total payments - so because your tax payments were more than your tax owed, that is your refund.

If line 33 is more than line 24, subtract line 24 from line 33. This is the amount you overpaid and is your refund.
