Still no refund (filed and accepted 4/15/2021). Track my refund via the IRS website says it cannot provide information. Suggests contacting the software provider. Help?

If your return was filed and accepted then TurboTax will not have any more info. The IRS can research your refund if it has been more than 21 days since your return was accepted (which it has been).

Call 1-800-829-1040. Be aware. The phone lines are backed up. The IRS opens at 7 a.m. local time in every time zone. The earlier you call, the better your chance of speaking with someone.
