Re: Request For Refund Release

My 60 day review is up, still no refund nor date. Called irs & the representative I spoke with put in a Request to release my return.. Do anyone know how long it would take to recieve my return. A time period or anything. I'm really going to go ahead and get an Attorney and sue, since I have learned you can sue the irs for several different things including my situation
