Refund

Turbo tax received payment for filing my taxes from my refund but I have still not received my refund. Why is this?

To find out why you have not received your refund yet, please go to the IRS Where's My Refund? site. This website will provide you with the information you need, to find your refund.

Refund

Definitely not. The IRS website both WMR and my refund transcripts give me zero information. Why was turbo tax paid over a week ago and I wasn’t? This is insane.

Refund

Do you mean when you log into TurboTax it is showing the balance of TurboTax fee is paid? This is just an automated system update which happens after a period of time when you file your tax return. It does not mean your tax refund has been processed and released by the IRS. You will need to keep checking back with Where's My Refund.  You can also call 1-800-829-1954.

Yes that is the automated system update.  You need to refer to the IRS for information on your refund.
