Refund

The IRS should send you a letter as to what the issue is with your refund.

Without the letter and since they are not taking phone calls currently, there is not much you can do at the moment.

Once the IRS is answering phone calls again, you can call them at 1.800.829.1040, option #2, to find out what the issue is.

When you sign up to have the TurboTax fees deducted from your refund, you agree that if the refund is delayed or you do not receive it, then TurboTax can bill you for the amount due to TurboTax.

I am sorry but, you will need to contact the IRS at 1-800-829-1040 between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. once their offices are opened back up to find out about your refund.
