I accidentally pushed the deluxe pakg For $ 250.00 I had a hard time trying to change it and when I spoke with customer service they said they couldn't refund me I was trying to file free non of the deluxe pakg benefit me that's for bigger things that's not cool they wouldn't refund me todays after I filed I'm pissed.

Check out "Where's My Refund" app. If there are no bars then that means the IRS sees something wrong. I filed claiming the EITC and for weeks I had one bar, then all of a sudden all bars were gone with it stating "your return is being processed" then a few days ago I got a letter from the IRS wanting me to submit certain paperwork, which I did, but now my return will be delayed even longer...

Sorry  to hear hope it's all a mistake and they are just giving us the run around cause IRS needs to wait to issue refunds til march

Called tpg and they have received mine but my payment is pending and I used PayPal this year, anyone received theirs this morning?

Havent recieved Federal or state, and it was accepted 1/30. Starting to worry me.
