Pending still!?

I filed my federal tax return online for direct deposit.

 

That was on Feb 28th.

 

I have still not received my federal refund.

 

Why is this happening and how can I resolve it.

 

I tried calling the IRS but they're not answering phone calls. 

 

The only options are self service options. When i check my refund status it still says pending.

Its almost been 6 weeks.

 

Any information would be greatly apprecieated.
