For me, I was informed that the topic 152 few weeks ago. “4 days ago, it went back to says that it has been processed of the review”. It has been “over 21 days” after my file was accepted by them. Do you think that I also should call them?
If you had Earned Income Credit, then these returns were delayed until at least mid-February. The IRS has recently begun to process those returns and you can keep track of the return by clicking here.

As a clarification, as of today, you think that I do NOT need to contact IRS, right? I have not received any letter from them.
@Taka, since it has been more than 21 days, that is your call. If you decide to contact the IRS, expect to be on hold for a very long time..If your status at Where's my Refund shows Processing or Still Processing, that means that the IRS is working on your return and you should have a refund date soon.
