Re: NYS Taxes still pending

Why would NYS still show pending as today? My federal was accepted on 02/12/21. My NYS shows transmitted to NYS on 02/13/21, but still shows pending. Is NYS behind?

Even if you filed your federal and state returns at the same time, your state may not start processing it at the same time as the IRS. Please see the FAQ link posted below for assistance:
