What message do you see when you check your refund at the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool?

It just says return processed and it has its update about the child tax but that messege has been there since February 1st i know someone who uses turbo tax and has a kid same age as me he filed febuary 5 and got it last week no irs messeges i tried calling them and they only have an automated line so it wont let me talk to an agent
