Tried filing federal and state by efile on the March 31st was rejected because it said there was a missing pin number for my deceased wife (August of 2019) Nowhere had Turbotax even asked for her pin but I "corrected" everything and once again, after the no mistakes prompt, sent them again on April 3rd. As of today, April 15th, no response from either Turbotax nor the IRS as to status. Trying again today. Called this AM to the Turbotax "talk to a person" and they confirmed that they had the correct celphone number for me but not a call to be had back from them all day. What is going on?
