Anyone else have no refund after 28 days can’t reach IRS by phone still processing on WMR

I am having the exact same problem.

Your best option is to go to the IRS.gov website and sign up to get your Transcript online. It took me several attempts, but this will break down line by line status and return dates even if your "Where's My Refund?" is blank/processing.

Lots of folks are still waiting. The IRS is backlogged with lots of returns, including many extras filed just for the stimulus.  WSMR has been erratic and unreliable.
