No refund date

 It’s been  a little over 21days since I filled. The where’s my refund tool no longer had a status bar and says still processing  no date yet.  I understand that there maybe some thing wrong with taxes.  But I haven’t received mail. I can’t talk to rep due to covid-19. How do I find out what I need to do to fix this?

There is no way to find out anything about a tax return in process unless you are able to contact someone at the IRS. You must just wait for either a letter from them asking for what they need, if anything, or wait for them to finish processing the return. Continue to track it on the IRS web site: https://www.irs.gov/refunds

Thx just sucks cuz I notice that my apt #is wrong on my taxes .   If a letter was sent probably  was sent back . I only been here like a couple of months so my mailman doesn’t know me.   So I guess I just have to wait color irs to open phone lines again
