Did your return have the same direct deposit information as your account with Wells Fargo? If there was a typo, the stimulus will be sent back to the IRS, and the IRS will then mail a paper check.
Of course it’s the same...I’ve been with Turbo for 8 years. Nothing has changed. So I’m asking has anyone else had a date but their check was not deposited?
Yes I'm in the same situation and can't find any answers 😒
Mine said it was deposited April 15th as well. I use chime. My last 4 of my account was correct. I still have no check.
I have the same problem, even called the bank. They said to wait 3 business days which was today
Get my payment says the deposit was scheduled for the 13th. And never was. Not sure why. It never update saying it was deposited anyway. Still says it’s scheduled. Wondering if I’m the only one. Or if there’s answers.
Sometimes it takes several business days for the deposit to be added to your available balance.
@Tatorsalad
I miss typed. It still says it’s scheduled for wed the 13th. Doesn’t say it was deposited. Just scheduled.
The IRS says it will be sending letters to all stimulus recipients in about 15 days. you should have it by now. It has instructions on what to do if there is a problem. Sadly the IRS phone lines are closed due to the pandemic. if the IRS attempt to make the deposit failed it will be issuing a paper check sent to your address as shown on your tax return but it could be many weeks before you receive it.
Yes, mine says deposited on March 17 and received a letter from IRS and nothing. Same card and information.
All that can be done is to wait, unfortunately.
Assuming the IRS Where's My Refund portal at the IRS does not indicate you need to contact them, and that it has been more than 21 days after filing including the March 17th estimated date for deposit, you may want to reach out to the IRS.
However, it would be difficult this time of year to get an answer on the phone. For more contact resources, see IRS Let Us Help You.
