My returns have been ‘pending’ for days now and turbo tax told me there is nothing they can do. IRS has no record of them. What do I do?

Mine was the evening of the 3rd day I'm not sure if they count weekends I filed on the 31st mine was accepted the evening of the 3rd and I had to go to where's my refund and enter the info to see that it had been accepted turbotax notified me about 3 hours after I seen it on where's my refund. no, mine was finally accepted at midnight Monday

What was your reason that yours was on hold? And what did you do to make it accepted

Honestly I don’t know the only thing I did differently was made new account with new email. I reached out on messenger and spoke to someone and woke up accepted.

Anyone else having same issue I’ve been in pending  for more then a week

I was filing married filing Sep on a new account and it pended for 4 days.. ironically on day 4 I called my ex and told him to file, he filed his was accepted in 10 mins and than 30 mins later mine switched to accepted. 

so I think they were waiting to make sure he was filing separately too and didn’t claim our kids!

I’m still on pending I’m on day 10 already still on pending I tried calling turbo tax 10 times and they can’t help me I was on hold for 48 hours because I made a new account and I have a new email but that 48 hours already passed and I’m still on pending !!!! I need help!

Same boat here. Turbo tax said is for security they hold for 48 hours more than time is over and nothing happens.
