Did you use online TurboTax? Do you mean your computer has crashed? If you can get to another computer or mobile device, you can access your online account from anywhere that has internet access as long as you know your account and user ID.

If you used desktop (CD/download) software and your computer has crashed--the news is worse. The tax file is only stored on your own hard drive when you use desktop software--so there is no way to recover it online. Maybe a geek squad person could help you?
