Hi everyone hope all of your issues are resolved soon. So last year after much research I found as to why I had this issue. If you split your return into a credit karma account and any other account you no longer qualify for the advance but they never made that clear prior. I also learned 4 states don't qualify at all nebraska is one where I live. This year they made it clear on the filers tool but last year they did not. I decided to use turbo tax again before I ended our business relationship for good but I'm also fine waiting the estimated 21 days also. Turbo tax while can be frustrating at times to use I believe still has made every effort to fix the glitches online and be more transparent about the details. You can call the lending bank I did that last year directly and they will tell you the status which may help give you insight to your personal tax situation. Last yr I found out they didn't have one at all for me and researching the teeny tiny fine print I read qualifications and for something something (split payment on accounts) was exempt from advance loans. (I was so frustrates everything said yes along the way) this yr it didn't it was clear.

Let me tell u this story ok so I do my taxes and chose from following options the one min cash advance  or 5day cash advance or direct deposit now I didn't no that with turbo tax when u want cash advance u have to get account with credit karma so I chose one minute on qualify and then do the stuff and get disqualified cuz of credit karma had problems couldn't link accounts no one could for checking to them now so I had to go back and chose 5day cash advance and I'm accepted and then do the next page where u say yes to the things and initial now my AGI wasnt accepted and went ten days on that before finding out changed it and that night done accepted so did cash advance again for 5days everything all good so I'm waiting and waiting and no cash advance no all the underlyings at turbo tax can see did the cash advance and say talk to credit karma now credit karma is the worst there not from this country and don't no what a cash advance is and say turbo tax pays us our taxes yada yada so call back to turbo tax for the tenth time wondering where it is cuz it's only been 9days and way passed the time so talk to specialist and this ladie tells me I did direct deposit and I didn't choose cash advance and I don't no what im talking about and our program doesn't let u chose and cash advance and it does so I tell her after she is basically calling me a liar that ur guy earlier found i did the cash advance she looks on another tool and says right like URS is the only case that have had that u say u did it but it didn't work so she tells me to download taxes that will tell u im trying but won't work and so she goes ohhh my god u did do it and it didn't send the information to the bank and to credit karma so it's been ten days and nothing so she tells me if u have the paper work attached to ur taxes calls us back cuz u can just chose to open a credit karma account and all if it's there still not believing really now for one the ladies is a supervisor and doesn't no her own tax company program and u do chose ur cash advance and. Also how about listen to the people and not go law enforcement Arizona guilty till proven innocent here and why the blue hecc gonna say would I choose direct deposit when I didn't enter information in on it and also I need the money now and looked up cash advance for taxes and turbo tax came up number one and no there not rude they are now she also asked my routing last four and account last four guess what credit karma and when u chose cash advance they send u a text to setup and she said no they don't now I call back to tell them I finally download my taxes and guess what all the cash advance stuff is there I did do it and was accepted they just didn't send it so I call to get told I didn't do it and I'm liar again and I'm talking to specialist and u didn't do it I tell what there supervisor said and they said she didn't say that u don't no what ur talking about and I say there is another tool to see that I did do the qualify for cash advance and it didn't get sent and she said sir u didn't do u didn't do the cash advance and I'm telling her that I have the information. Right here like her supervisor says what I needed to do and she tells me is there anything I can help unwith the specialist sent u a email to contact the bank and there is no point to sir u didn't do the cash advance did u get the email said yes have a great day and thnx for doing turbo tax can u do my survey and click hangs up now I got messed over on cash advance called a liar and there partner doesn't even no what credit karma is and they work there horrible experience will never use again and will tell people not to cuz remember I'm a liar and didn't do cash advance great customer service right and guess what on day ten no cash advance and still waiting for taxes last day could get on my birthday and that's 17th of Feb and I did the first time starting taxes on 3 and 5th of Jan really stinks thanks turbo tax and by the way when I try and talk to them they never call back like I'm black balled awful

I pushed and poked off and on for a few days. So i just excepted either I'm still lacking computer skills, missing something right in front of me or maybe something to do with my direct deposit Yada Yada stuff... 

  Or maybe it is really a cluster fudged option! 

The refund would've been nice with a cash advanced option ...especially when this year would've been my first year excepted for that option... :( lol 

 Done poking around..... well see eventually.. .

I usually file my taxes for free but this year I needed the advance so had to pay, but after IRS accepted my taxes I haven't received a email stating I was approved or denied. Will never use them again.

I smell a lawsuit mounting. I already had a credit karma account. But I did NOT need another fake digital "bank account" 🙄. I read somewhere that we are charged for that account. I also did NOT get the advance that it was opened for. Also, I get a lot of spam now. I think they sold our email addresses. Where is the federal consumer protection agency to protect us as consumers ?
