Missouri return still hasnt efiled? Federal return already accepted. What's the deal?

Some states start processing e-filed returns at the same time as the IRS, while some others do not. The IRS just started processing tax returns on Monday, January 23, 2023.  Please see the TurboTax article Why is my state e-file still pending?
