What does "Your tax return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available." Exactly mean?

I don't think it is a scam I filed through Jackson Hewitt in late January and still haven't received my taxes or stimulus either still says being processed and my stimulus was supposed to go on my card I got through them but hasn't I looked up the information and it says not enough information to send out and gives me a option to enter my bank information when I do that it won't except that either even though I put all my information in correct

I filed March 4th mine says it's being reviewed and that I will get a letter within 30 days I cant call anyone because thered nobody to call I am getting so frustrated it's been over 45 days....

Turbo Tax is trash, i sent in my taxes on jan 28th turbo tax says it was accepted and my deposit date was march 3 . mo taxes no stimulus payment

I filed electronically and my return was rejected someone else claimed my dependent  my daughter who lived with me all last year , and so as my selfish ex is spending it all up im barley able to survive not exactly sure why they let anybody claiming dependent without school records anyway that should be part of the tax form itself before you can claim and get the money for him cuz I can't get ahold of anybody either any suggestions would be great i need money bad
