It looks like I filed federal twice

Where are you seeing you filed twice? Did you file online or use the CD/Download?

On March 2 i did my FEDERAL taxes online with H&R Block. I already receivd my refund. However i never finished my STATE taxes and did them today online with TURBOTAX.  My choice was only to file for my state taxes, however it sent the federal again. It has already been rejected.(Federal through Turbo) But it also seems to have rejected my STATE filing and return. What to do now?????

@karoc39  You cannot e-file a State return until your Federal return has been accepted.  Since you did not file your Federal return with TurboTax, you will have to mail in your State return.
