I am trying to create my account on the iRS web site I put the information they asked for exactly as it is on my  2020 tax return .I tried both options for if I have filed in the last 7 years. I was kicked off after a few attempts at creating my account . What would be causing my info to be wrong .Could my Identity be stolen or will this a affect my return ?

I’m pissed I am unable to create an account I used My info the same info i know i know to be me I have had no help no offered for . Some has had to of stolen My Identity. I know my basic info i have not moved. Instead of getting a desperately needed refund  This filing  is turning into a nightmare .  Thanks for all of the help
