Unfortunately, turbo tax and its affiliates drop the ball with this pandemic. I have filed for a years with this company leaving HR block. My stimulus was in limbo because they didn't have my bank info. Coincidentally my returns has my turbo acct and routing number but was submitted there. Why? My assumption now (because no one can get a straight answer of any type) is that the bank info sent to IRS when filing is not what is on pdf print out of return or because info doesn't match for 2018 and 19 due to given a new card with advance. Nonetheless, all turbos customers have been rung around will endless uncertainty and lies. Not to mention I can't even dispute a pending transaction for something totally different due to down phone lines........ in conclusion, Turbo Tax has lost another customer and another report to BBB "Better Business Bureau".

Well I have done my taxes for years with TT and not had many issues, and I am not saying this is all their fault, but. They did tell me via live help through the app that I would get my stimulus payment on the card and I did not. I went and checked the GetMyPayment tool at irs.gov and found out the banking info they had wasn't sufficient so I had to enter my info on the irs site and now I have to wait for a date for my check.
Our payment was deposited yesterday... deposited to an account from turbo tax, what we used in 2018. We haven't filed this year. I havr the febit caed, its no longer active. Im so frustrated, cant get any info, turbo tax wont takr phone calls. Any suggestions??
I did file with turbo tax and had the refund issued on the turbo debit card due to wanting an advance. I checked my turbo card Wednesday and after many tries to access the system the stimulas check had not been deposited . i immediately went to the irs web site to check the status of my check and it said i needed to update my banking information. I immediately did this and now it is pending for my normal bank. I am so sorry for all of you that havent caught this in time. I checked my tax return and assumed it would be on my turbo account because it has a routing number and account number listed
I totally agree with you, and TT knew the irs didn't have our info and they have yet to tell us anything

Did you use the turbo debit card? Is your stimulus on that?
Mine still has not posted on my turbo tax wand the IRS portal won't work.... I'm stressing out. I still have money on my card and I still use it. Turbo website will not let me look at my 1040 to see if the routine number matches. Idk what to do.

I filed with Turbo Tax and have not received my stimulus check. I went to 'Get my Payment' and gotten an "The information received does not match our records". And it locked me out. Does that mean they have my information already?
I have a turbo card from 2018 that I can still get a balance on. Will IRS send my stimulus check there.
So...wonder how long we have to wait for them to update their system???

Nope...that's not true.If you got your tax refund from 2018 or 2019 directly deposited onto a Turbo Tax Card,you don't have to do anything if your information hasn't changed...it will automatically be deposited on that card...I know for fact because there are documented cases where this has been happening
Well then I'm the rare case because it did not happen for me! I had to update my own banking information.
