After you file

Unfortunately,  turbo tax and its affiliates drop the ball with this pandemic.  I have filed for a years with this company leaving HR block.  My stimulus was in limbo because they didn't have my bank info.  Coincidentally my returns has my turbo acct and routing number but was submitted there.  Why? My assumption now (because no one can get a straight answer of any type) is that the bank info sent to IRS when filing is not what is on pdf print out of return or because info doesn't match for 2018 and 19 due to given a new card with advance.  Nonetheless,  all turbos customers have been rung around will endless uncertainty and lies.  Not to mention I can't even dispute a pending transaction for something totally different due to down phone lines........ in conclusion,  Turbo Tax has lost another customer and another report to BBB "Better Business Bureau".
