Can you explain why the irs is showing that my account number is my last four of my social?
So I received my refund on my TurboCard about 2 months ago and it's still active, yet when I used the IRS tool it had no deposit date and actually asked for a routing and account number. So can you tell me why they wouldn't have that info already from my tax return?
Exactly !!!!! They don’t have are banking information and i will never use turbo tax again ! I had to input it and it was another group conversation that we were talking about and they stop letting to my us reply
Why they are bs’ing us I don’t know but me nor my niece n nephew, who received their taxes through turbo card as well, can log into the turbo card app, log in online, text the balance number, or even call the customer service number! When we all went onto the irs app it stated they had no direct deposit information for any of us!
So, here's the deal. You have to have given your acct. & Routing # in order for it to be put on your TT card. That's only if you can get through the website or calling. But, if you bank wasn't listed on 2019 or 2018 return. Your screwed. At which point you have to enter the info on " non-filers. (Which can also be incorrect. Then try to submit it. But if your trying to do it from your phone. DON'T. You can't get to the submit button. I will never use TT again.
Also, if you don't do this. You'll be getting a check. Who knows when.
