Hello, All - I read this entire thread and have seen similar questions to what I'm about to ask myself, but have yet to see an actual answer, so I'm hoping that someone can provide some certainty here:
For the past several years, I've filed using TurboTax and have always opted to receive both my State & Federal refunds via direct deposit, as well as to have my TurboTax fees deducted from my Federal refund. As such, my State refund is always deposited directly by New York State, but my Federal refund has always been deposited by TurboTax's processor so that they can first deduct their fee. When I receive my refunds, the processor appears on my bank statement as "Tax products pe3 sbtpg llc." So, from what I understand, the IRS issues my Federal refund to TurboTax's processor, the processor takes the fee, then deposits the remainder to my account.
So, the BIG question here is: Does the IRS actually even have my direct deposit information on file to issue a Stimulus, since they're sending my refunds to this processor instead of directly to my account? Thank you.
What I found out was, on lines 21.a and b. on your 1040 form it has your routing number and account number and that's where it will go. I used TurboTax and got an advance but my 1040 has my turbo card info, and download the turbo card app and compare your routing and acct. number.
If I have not worked since 2017 will my records still be available for the stimulus? If not what do I do ?
@Dad2eden The TurboTax link below, is for anyone who has not filed a 2019 return or if you are not required to file a return, if you want to qualify for the stimulus money TurboTax just recently setup where you can file a simple return for the stimulus money. See the following, scroll down to What do I need to do to get my stimulus payment?, then If you don’t need to file your taxes this year
I no longer have the card i filed with which was 2018. Does anyone know if I do a change of address? because i moved from where i filed before. will it still be forwarded to me? Is there a website i can correct my bank info?
The IRS is going to give taxpayers the chance to enter their own banking information. See the following:
In the coming weeks, Treasury plans to develop a web-based portal for individuals to provide their banking information to the IRS online, so that individuals can receive payments immediately as opposed to checks in the mail.

You should also update your mailing address with the IRS.
I need for somebody from TurboTax to respond back to me because I need to update my direct deposit it is not the same as it was the last time I use TurboTax for my direct deposit I switch Banks... I need to update this so I can get my stimulus check thank you
Actually if you received a TurboTax card from
gdb you will be getting a check mailed to you which will be send out in around May and as late as June. But the treasury is suppose to put up a website where you can give the IRS your most recent bank information so you can receive a direct deposit instead.
No you’re going to be mailed a paper check around May.
@Ccory1989 No you will be mailed a paper check around May
Can someone please tell me if my stimulus check will be on ny intuit card and if not what can i do ?????
Hi so this means stimulus check will be on the intuit card .????
If you look on your tax forms where it shows the direct deposit routing and account numbers, and look on your turbo card app at the routing and account numbers, if they match then they will be deposited onto the card. The turbo card is listed as a checking account.
That is what I have been told numerous times.
Hello.. My question is will my stimulus check come on my prepaid turbo tax card?
