I still haven’t received my Indiana state refund. When I check, it says it’s still being processed. Can you check on this? I haven’t paid my federal tax until I find out

No Turbo Tax or no one can check on it.  Once Turbo Tax sends it to the state they are done with their part.  Now it's only between the state and you.  You have to ask the state yourself.

We have no way of finding out when your return will be processed. Even if we did, it would be a privacy issue because by law, we are not allowed to intervene on your behalf. in the meantime, I would suggest paying your federal tax so you will not incur any penalties and interest for the late payment.
