I received a letter a few weeks ago saying I owed state taxes. I'm trying to pay them now but can not find the letter. is there a possible way to pay through TurboTax?

No you can't pay through Turbo Tax.  Go to your state's website to pay or mail a check.  The letter should say how to pay.  What did they change on your return so you now owe?  Or you might have had a tax due you didn't pay?
