I received a 5071c form and I haven't been able to contact it's by phone or online. Will I still receive stimulus check even though I can't verify my identity with irs?

It could affect your stimulus check since the program is about identity verification for your return information.  I sounds like you already have the contact information you need but here is link to the IRS just in case.
