I have lost my 2018 files for my son and housekeeper that I filed using my TurboTax account. How can I recover these?

I did not file using TurboTax in 2018 and their names differ from mine.

I have lost my 2018 files for my son and housekeeper that I filed using my TurboTax account. I did not file using TurboTax in 2018 and their names differ from mine.   so which is it? if TT did you use 1 a/c because using 1 a/c means the first two returns prepared are permanently gone.
