I dont have the four digets of my card

Ignore the prompt asking for your card number.  Choose #1 for lost, stolen, or cards never received, then choose #2, enter SS# if prompted and continue following the instructions.

They want the last 4 digets of my card number because i ha e two accounts with them somehow so how do i go about that
