With the IRS running on 1/2 a staff it is unknown when things will get back to normal ... usually it takes 3-8 weeks but now it could be longer ... I would tell you to call but the IRS is not picking up the phone right now.

That would be hard for anyone but the IRS to know.  All bets are off now due to the national emergency.  Due to the Coronavirus situation most IRS departments are severely limited if still open.   Their general call centers are not taking calls.

I am in the same boat as you. I turned the same forms they requested from you. Turbo tax says its approved, but no refund yet. ALSO, does this slow the process down of u recieving your stimulus check? They have the direct deposit info to my Turbo Tax card.

Trying to be patient..

TT doesn't approve anything ... all it does is send the return to the IRS and the IRS sends an ACCEPTANCE notice  that they received the return for processing.   Once the IRS finishes processing the return the refund will be APPROVED and the refund distributed.
